CANCELLATION POLICY
Essensa Clinic Cancellation Policy At Essensa Clinic, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide the highest quality care. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be subject to the 20% cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our providers’ time and ensuring availability for all clients.
