To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be subject to the 20% cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our providers’ time and ensuring availability for all clients.
